Our Personal Training Memberships allow you the benefits of 1-2-1 Personal Training at a much lower cost. Some sessions are 1-2-1 and some are small groups (2-3).

Sessions last approximately 45-60 minutes but can be reduced to suit busy schedules and can be booked anytime weekdays from 6am-11am/3pm-9pm and weekends 9am-4pm.

Full nutritional advice is included. 


1-2-1 Personal Training is available; £250 for 12, £140 for 6, £25 for single session. Available weekdays 5am, 11am, 3pm & 8pm; weekends 7am, 8am, 1pm-4pm.

Stephen is keen to help people get and stay fit no matter where they are in their fitness journey. This is all achieved in an extremely friendly and non intimidating environment where you will be welcomed and well looked after. All of the above payment links are for the 1st of every month, if you wish an alternate payment date please contact us with your preferred payment date (1st-28th inclusive) and we can forward you a link.

Please Note: We ask for 30 days notice if you wish to cancel your membership although you are not legally bound to do so; however, it is your responsibility to make sure your Direct Debit has been cancelled. By signing this form you are waiving your right to reclaim (Indemnity Claim) any payments that you make to the club if you fail to cancel your Direct Debit.
