Abbey Mill Fitness Club

– est. 2009 –

Opened in January 2009, Abbey Mill Fitness Club has always been a friendly, non-intimidating fitness club for everyday people — especially those who have never been in a gym before or feel out of place in other fitness environments. Based in the historical Mile End Mill in the heart of Paisley, the club offers a balance of cardiovascular, resistance machines, free weights and functional training equipment as well as free front door parking and changing/shower facilities.

Friendly, Flexible Fitness

Abbey Mill offers a very relaxed environment to train in. When joining, new members have the option of a regular membership, which offers full use of the club during opening hours. An induction is available if required. We also offer Personal Training Memberships with the choice of 1–5 sessions per week, which includes a regular membership.

Member Access & CCTV

The gym is staffed during peak hours but operates unmanned on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., although this is subject to change. During these times, members can access the gym using their unique entry code. The gym is manned all weekend during opening hours, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

CCTV is in operation to ensure a safe training environment.

Defibrillator Onsite

In the event of a cardiac emergency a defibrillator is kept on the wall between the changing room doors.
